Grace Harkins represents the next generation of real estate professionals in Chicago. Since joining the Sheahan Group in 2023, they have been recognized as a top 1% producer in Chicago and have surpassed $1.5 billion in sales. Having team members active in all facets of real estate, the Sheahan Group specializes in home resales, land acquisition, and new construction development projects. Although Grace’s main focus is renting and first-time home buyers, she has been able to work alongside team members to strengthen her understanding in all areas. 

 

With experience helping renters all over the city, Grace is very knowledgeable on the different neighborhoods in Chicago. She makes renting a seamless process by discussing initial wants and needs, scheduling tours, negotiating leases, coordinating move-ins, and answering any questions and concerns along the way. Then when they are ready for the next step, Grace is able to transition with her clients from renting to first-time home owning!
